I have close to 20 years of experience in labour and employment law, and I have experienced almost everything within the field.

I am honoured to utilise my legal expertise, experience, integrity and business acumen to craft sustainable solutions in collaboration with my corporate clients who face challenges with employees.

During my career, I have worked with a variety of companies of all sizes representing many different industries. I advise start-up companies in the idea stage, small, medium-sized and large companies as well as owner-managed businesses, funds, associations and listed companies.

Are you an employee?

If your employment has been terminated, I should be able to help you assess your situation, including whether you have a case against your former employer. In addition to traditional employment advisory, I can also assist you with cash- or stock-based bonus plans to try to achieve a good overall outcome. I can almost always arrive at and negotiate a fair and financially favorable settlement; should your case not be resolved the first time we can go to court together!
