In this way, I can much better hit the ‘tone’ and provide the advice that you will appreciate the most in the long run. There is indeed a very big difference between companies, and I understand and recognize that.

This way, I become your sparring partner in many different aspects of your day-to-day work, and because I can see everything a bit from the outside, solutions can sometimes be found that you might not have thought of yourself.

I will never just tell you what you want to hear, and that means I might challenge you on the solution you might initially favor. One should never underestimate a set of ‘fresh eyes’ on a conflict or problem.
