Employment law and the law of employment should not be left alone.

In order to make sustainable decisions about the company’s employees, in addition to the law, you should incorporate fairness, sound commercial considerations and common sense.

On this part of my website I will regularly do interviews with talented people. My interviewees typically want some skills and experience that I do not have myself.

They will often have input into processes that involve employees, which I think can be inspiring and relevant to anyone dealing with employment law and people.
