My name is Anja Staugaard Jensen and I own Anja Staugaard Law Firm. After nine years as partner, co-owner and manager of the labour and employment law department at Accura Partners, I started my law firm in July 2019.

I hold an LL.M. law degree from Aarhus University, and I have worked as a lawyer ever since. I began my career at Kromann Reumert where I helped build the firm’s Copenhagen department for labour and employment law.

I am highly specialised in the area of labour and employment law, including all types of bonus and incentive plans.

The decision to start my own firm was driven by my strong desire to create precisely the type of firm I always dreamed of having. It is therefore important to me that I utilise my legal experience and expertise as well as my integrity in collaboration with my clients. Accordingly, we can arrive at correct, proper and financially sound decisions concerning the company’s employees.

I am married to Jakob, with whom I have been together since our student days in Aarhus. We live in Frederiksberg with our two teenaged children.
